Travel Connections
By Rail
York is a central hub on the British Railway network and can be easily reached from all areas of the country. London is just two hours away and Edinburgh two and a half hours distant. Fast direct services connect York with Liverpool, Manchester, Sheffield, Birmingham, Derby, Newcastle and Teesside.
Our training venues are both within a short walk of York Station.
By Road
York is easily accessible from the A64, A59, A19, A1, M1 and M62.
You can reach York easily from the major conurbations of the North East, West and South Yorkshire, Greater Manchester and Merseyside.
Parking can be difficult in the congested city centre. At Cedar Court valet parking in the nearby NCP is available, but is chargeable. At Lady Anne’s there are some on-site parking places available. Other nearby hotels offer chargeable parking for guests.
By Air
Nearby airports include Leeds/Bradford, Teesside and Doncaster. Manchester Airport has a direct rail connection to York.
By Bus
York is served by both local, regional and national bus networks.. Many routes terminate or call at the Railway Station or Rougier Street Bus Station. Both are just a short walk from our training venues.

Principal Training Venues
Our two principal training venues are the Lady Anne Middleton’s Hotel and the Cedar Court Grand Hotel. Both offer fully equipped training spaces within a relaxed and welcoming environment. Subject to availability, each venue offers delegates competitive rates on overnight accommodation, alternatively, there are a number of popular hotels such as Travelodge and Premier Inn that are within walking distance of our training locations. For those travelling daily, our venues are within a short walk of the Railway Station and central York bus stops. The course schedule will indicate at which venue the course is to be presented.
